Vermont is not a very big state and is more known for their Maple Syrup than anything else. It may be no surprise to you, but when it comes to airsoft it’s actually quite limited.
In fact, there isn’t an airsoft field in vermont that’s currently open. Which is a shame since most people in this beautiful state love outdoor sports and events. The closest thing is Colchester paintball but it says specifically on their website that airsoft is not allowed.

Your next best options is going to be to join a Facebook group called VTAG – Vermont Airsoft Group. They seem like a quite active group that are based out of Hinesburg VT and have about 60 acres dedicated to action oriented gameplay.
